I just had my best run since I finished training for the Triathlon last October. It was a 10:39 min/mile and I did 2 miles without stopping. I feel low stress and physically tired instead of just emotionally and mentally tired. Note to self: run as much as possible.
I got a couple bugs up my nose and one in my eye but no dive bombing wasp...I actually call that an improvement.
Oh yeah, did I mention that I will be keeping up with my runs on here too. Even though Nike will keep up with it online, (yes Jessie I finally got it!) I think this will be a good reminder for me. Maybe even some inspiration.
