Wow! In just two short months I will turn 30! The last few weeks have proven to be more challenging. P90X is a huge commitment. I must be honest in saying that I don't get to do the work out each day. I don't always have an hour to an hour and a half so some days I can only partially do it and some days it just doesn't fit. But I'm ok with that. I still get in at least five days and I'm definitely still doing much more than I was previously and I feel so much better!
The weight is still coming off. It's still a slow and steady pace, which is hard cause I wanted it off yesterday, but I know that slow, progressive weight loss is better for keeping it off. I'm still right on track for reaching my 30 lbs goal. Let's just hope my week in Thailand next week doesn't completely throw me off. I still plan to enjoy some yummy western food but I'm hoping I can get in my workouts each day to counteract the calories. I think it's possible!
Not much else to report. This busy, busy month has had me indulging in sweet treats in a way that I am not happy about so I told Stan to finish off (or at least hide) all the candy while I'm in Bangkok. I sure hope he listens. It's hard to resist things like peanut butter cups and butterfinger bars when they are such a rarity!
